Harvest of the Month is a monthly program where we prepare and serve taste tests of a locally sourced produce to students in the Charlottesville City School system. Harvest of the month is aimed to encourage health and food security through exposure to fresh, healthy, and local foods.

Hope CommUnity

The Hope CommUnity Center (HCC) in Apopka, Florida, is a joint project of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and the Catholic Diocese of Orlando since 1971.

Music Volunteer

The music department has over 80 events each year, and we need your help to make the music happen. We need volunteer photographers, promotions assistants, concert ushers, proofreaders and social media content managers. Hours are flexible.

AARP Tax-Aide, the nation’s largest, free, volunteer-run tax counseling and preparation service is looking for volunteers for tax preparation assistance. Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

AIM has multiple empty slots for volunteers to deliver bags of food or paper/cleaning products to our Senior Reach Program clients. These are especially vulnerable seniors who rely on our deliveries to get through the month. For some, this is the only visitor/in person interaction they have all month long. You can volunteer once per year or once per week - we will accommodate your schedule!
