US Quadball National Cup 2025
US Quadball National Cup will be held in Richmond, VA this year with over 30 teams from across the country competing in both community and collegiate leagues.
USQ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that advances the sport of Quadball (Previously known as Quidditch) by organizing events and programs that build community and empower adult and youth athletes of all identities, including all races and genders, to compete together. USQ's National 2025 Cup will be held Sat, Apr 26 through Sun, Apr 27 at River City Sportsplex in Richmond, VA and we are looking for volunteers to help with the following:
Set up/Take down - Early morning will help with set up of tables, chairs, tents, ticket booths, fields, etc.Team Check-in - Verify players, coaches, and team staff IDs with the submitted rosters prior to their first gameTicket Booths - Manage ticket sales and verify tickets when spectators move between fieldsMerchandise Booths - Help operate the merchandise booth to provide everyone with their stylish RVA USQ gear!Field Management - Keep Head Referees informed as to game schedules and help them to have games start on timeEquipment Runners - Is available to move between fields to provide equipment should anything break or be missing at any time
