AJ Laurienti
AJ Laurienti (COL ‘25) is a fourth-year majoring in Foreign Affairs and Middle Eastern Studies. In the Charlottesville community, AJ enjoys volunteering with VISAS, a language and cultural exchange program for international students. AJ has worked in multiple public service-oriented positions, including with the US Department of State and the UVA Center for Politics. He currently works in the UVA Office for Academic Outreach, where he helps to organize programming for UVA’s Public Service Week and supports the implementation of UVA’s Race, Place, & Equity Program, with support from the Mellon Foundation. In his free time, AJ loves to travel, go for long runs, and catch up with friends over coffee. He is so excited to return to the Student Advisory Council, and to co-represent the Diplomacy and Security Pathway this coming year!
