The Virginia Discovery Museum is looking for volunteers to maintain the galleries, help prep and run fun programs, assist with children's birthday parties, and keep the museum running each day. This position is full of opportunities to socialize with families from all over the Charlottesville community and beyond. Volunteer regularly and you’ll recognize our members and get to know the best way to have fun and learn with our exhibits.
Museum hours are Monday through Saturday 9:30am-5pm, and open for reserved parties on Sunday. Shifts are 2 hours minimum. Vaccination against COVID is required.
