The student organizations listed here are involved in service through local, national, and international community service activities, fundraising, and activism. Students self-select the public service category through the student organization registration process, and staff assign this category to administrative organizations.
Our objectives as a fraternity are to unite college men of culture, patriotism and honor in a bond of Fraternity; to encourage honorable achievement in every field of human endeavor; to promote the spiritual, social, intellectual and moral welfare of members; to assist the aims and purposes of colleges and universities; and to inspire service in the public interest.

At the Kumdo Club at the University of Virginia members consist of undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Virginia. Kumdo is- a Korean sword martial art. We train novice members in the basic skills and for the higher-level members, we prepare for university tournaments.
